Hey Richard0, I found one of your screens on dA and I was wondering how you got artwiz fonts to work under bmpanel. I'd really appreciate if you shared your expertise. Apparently, bmpanel only supports ttf fonts and as you probably know artwiz fonts are pcf. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

I can't get any other font than .ttf to work on bmpanel either;) I only use artwiz fonts in my latest shot in which im using BMPanel2. Have a look at [link] for more information about BMPanel2. If you use Archlinux you can simply install it from AUR otherwise you may have to use git. Then in config using it is as simple as "font cure 6" in my case. If you would like to be sure about .pcf support in first BMPanel i suggest you send the autor a mail, he use to be very helpful, his email adress can be found at [link] . Good luck!

Thanks for the quick replay, but unfortunately I've tried to install arch linux on my laptop about 10 times and I can't get it to get X installed. I really wish I had the expertise run arch, I've been running Linux Mint xfce for a while but its pretty much all automated. :(
:iconrichard0:
I've never had any problem with X since i don't need any xorg.conf. But you can always try install it with git if you are familiar with that :)

I'm mostly familiar with debian distros. I've been using linux mint xfce for quite some time now and I like it a lot. But, I do hear great things about arch linux and just wonder whether its more efficient.
